Navigation
Use
the green buttons in the top 'navigation' bar to move to any of
the sections. Further information and external links can be found
from the home page under 'Other information'.
Printing
If you print the pages and only the top navigation area prints try
clicking on the actual page required and selecting print selected
frames from the browsers options in the print dialog box.
For
optimum clarity some of the tables and figures are best printed
with 'print background' option on - accessed from Tools > Internet
Options > Advanced 'tab' > Printing 'options' > Print background
colors and images.
The
figures can be viewed and printed in a larger scale by clicking
the relevant links adjacent to the figures and clicking the print
button (Windows only). Mac users choose print from the file menu.
Some of the figures may need to be printed in landscape mode.
Calculations
The calculation boxes use Macromedia
Flash so you will need the Flash plug-in installed on your browser.
All recent browsers should have this plug-in installed, but if not,
it can be downloaded from here.
